[Psychological approach to patients suffering from cavernous venous insufficiency]

Venogenic impotence is an organic disorder of erection. The author discusses the role of psychological supports during medical treatment and, on the basis of his experience, he concludes on the necessity to combine psychosex therapy, even when the problem is originally organic.
