Balloon dilation Eustachian tuboplasty (BET) is a new, safe, and feasible method for treating Eustachian tube dysfunction. This cadaveric study demonstrated its technical ease and lack of damage to critical structures.

  • No inadvertent damage to vital anatomical structures, including the carotid canal, was observed.

  • BET offers a promising new method for dilating the Eustachian tube.
  • Further clinical investigation is warranted to confirm these findings in patients.
