This study introduces Patient-Adaptive Reconstruction and Acquisition in Dynamic Imaging with Sensitivity Encoding (PARADISE), a novel method for high-quality, nongated cardiac MRI. PARADISE achieves artifact-free, high-resolution heart imaging, expanding MRI accessibility for more patients.
