Summary

A new enzyme immunoassay (EIA) kit, IDEIA CHLAMYDIA, effectively detects Chlamydia trachomatis antigen in urine sediments for diagnosing male urethritis and female cervicitis. This method shows higher sensitivity than Chlamydiazyme, especially in urine samples.
