[Endoscopic papillotomy in patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome]
Abstract:
In benign stenosis of the major duodenal papilla, choledocholithiasis and their combination, the performance of endoscopic papillotomy permitted in 89.4% of the 113 patients to avoid the repeated operative intervention. Complications developed in 5.3% of patients, the postoperative lethality was 0.8%.
