[Deontological problems of instrumental diagnostic examinations]

Deontological problems arise in contacts with patients and in relation to attending physicians. The difficulties with patients arise more often in specialists who deal with patients closely (endoscopists, physiologists). They perform sophisticated and dangerous tests, are limited in discussing their results with patients, diagnostic decision is made by attending physician. It is noted that recording of diagnostic evidence becomes more detailed to prevent misinterpretation.
