Key Image Notes (KIN) improve consistency in CT image interpretation. While initial reporting time increased, KIN reduced re-reading time and enhanced diagnostic accuracy over time.

Conclusions:
- CT reporting using KIN technique in Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) significantly enhances interpretation consistency.
- KIN improves the overall efficiency of routine clinical diagnostic work.
