Abstract:
The AbleData Web site provides links to a variety of resources within the broader category of assistive technology and rehabilitation. It contains a library of links to its own publications as well as related news. It also has a searchable database of publications on assistive technology. The site contains links to information centers, conferences, and other resources on these topics. Finally, it contains a database of 35,000 assistive technology devices and products. This column will focus on an overall description of what users will find at this site and hints for successful searching within the databases it contains.
