Abstract:
Medico-psychological emergency units (CUMP) are part of the emergency medical assistance services. They are adapted to the early treatment of people suffering from the psychological effects of an intentional or accidental disaster. Immediate intervention implies the rapid setting up of a system adapted to the context and to the clinic.
