Non-invasive mechanical ventilation with spinal anesthesia for cesarean delivery

Perioperative non-invasive ventilation successfully supported a pregnant patient with severe asthma, preeclampsia, and pulmonary edema during cesarean delivery. This approach may benefit surgical patients with respiratory insufficiency.
