Sylvian triangle. Angiographic evaluation of its appearance in normal and pathologic conditions

Description of a method for determining the size of the Sylvian triangle on lateral films. A cranio-insular index is constructed which allows differentiation between normal cases, paracapsular and subdural hematomas.
