  • Noncomparative analysis of intraocular pressure (IOP) and medication use.
  • Main Results:

    • Mean IOP decreased significantly from baseline (21.5 mmHg) to 11.2 mmHg at 1 year and 8 mmHg at 5 years.
    • High probability of maintaining IOP ≤ 15 mmHg without medication: 95% at 1 year, 84% at 5 years.
    • 85% of patients were off glaucoma medication at last follow-up; low complication rate (e.g., 7% choroidal effusions).

    Conclusions:
