Enteroantigen-presenting B cells efficiently stimulate CD4(+) T cells in vitro

B cells, not dendritic cells, are superior at activating inflammatory bowel disease-related CD4(+) T cells. This finding suggests B cell antigen presentation may influence IBD development differently than dendritic cell presentation.
