Abstract:
Clastogenic effects of caesium chloride (CsCl) were studied on human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro. The different doses of CsCl induced chromosomal aberrations in a dose-dependent manner. The aberrations were mainly of the chromatid type and the frequency was not influenced by the age or sex of the donor.
