A rare sinonasal hemangiopericytoma (SNHPC) caused recurrent nasal bleeding and a mass. Complete surgical removal led to a successful outcome with no recurrence in this patient.

Background:

Sinonasal hemangiopericytoma (SNHPC) is an uncommon vascular neoplasm.
Recurrent epistaxis and rhinorrhea can be presenting symptoms.

Observation:

A 65-year-old female presented with unilateral nasal mass, epistaxis, and rhinorrhea.
Endoscopic sinus surgery revealed a polypoid nasal mass.

Findings:

Histopathological diagnosis confirmed sinonasal hemangiopericytoma (SNHPC).
Revision surgery achieved complete tumor resection without residual disease.
The patient remains recurrence-free post-treatment.

Implications:

Complete primary resection is crucial for favorable prognosis in SNHPC.
