[Extracorporeal methods in the treatment of surgical endotoxicosis]

The effectiveness of the use of extracorporeal methods of treatment of endotoxicosis in 54 surgical patients has been analysed. The authors consider as the most effective the early use of the efferent methods with mandatory inclusion of hemodialysis.
