[Clinico-immunologic heterogeneity of chronic arthritis in children]

The authors present the results of immunological examination of 29 children with reactive arthritis, 26 patients with different forms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and 25 practically healthy children. Considerable differences between the groups in the subpopulation composition of T- and B-lymphocytes were revealed. Direct relationship between the absolute value of OCT4/OCT8 ratio and the clinical severity of the process was noted.
