Abstract:
Morphologic examination of a scleral graft taking in after pretreatment with a polymeric composition to fill in the tissues and of an intact one has revealed that pretreatment of the transplant with a recomposition was conducive to a more rapid and tight adhesion of the graft and its joining the host sclera. A scleroplastic effect of this operation is more manifest, this helping reduce the possibility of surgery failures in progressive myopia.
