Aortic stiffness and pulse wave reflection in young subjects with migraine: A case-control study

Migraine is linked to stiffer aortas, increasing cardiovascular risk. This study found higher aortic stiffness in migraine patients, even without other risk factors, suggesting a potential mechanism for their elevated CV disease risk.
