Mid term results after bone marrow laser revascularization for treating refractory angina

Transmyocardial revascularization combined with autologous stem cell therapy significantly improved angina class and reduced medication use in patients with diffuse coronary artery disease. This combined therapy showed midterm clinical benefits without adverse events or left ventricular morphological changes.
