Abstract:
With the development of the human genome project, many scientists have initiated the detection of human gene sequences. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), as the third generation of heredity markers, are widely applied to the studies of the mechanism of human susceptibility to complex diseases and the design of individualized treatment. This article reviews the genetic susceptible genes associated with prostate cancer, focusing on the genetic polymorphisms of cytokine, receptors and enzymes related with prostate cancer. It also analyzes the existing problems in the treatment of prostate cancer.
