  • Non-surgical management using a combination of actinomycin-D, methotrexate, and cyclophosphamide chemotherapy effectively resolved the cervical pregnancy.
  • The treatment resulted in no significant maternal morbidity.

Implications:

  • This case highlights the potential efficacy of multi-agent chemotherapy in managing cervical pregnancy in adolescents.
  • Successful non-surgical treatment may preserve fertility and allow for future successful pregnancies.
