Summary

Designing primers for Polymerase Chain Reaction with Confronting Two-Pair Primers (PCR-CTPP) is challenging. A genetic algorithm (GA) method effectively designs feasible PCR-CTPP primers for reliable single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping.
