Hyalinizing spindle cell tumour with giant rosettes (HSTGR) is a rare soft tissue neoplasm. This case report details a large abdominal HSTGR in a 60-year-old male, successfully excised.

- This case expands the known clinical presentations of HSTGR.
- Complete surgical excision is a viable treatment approach.
- Further research into HSTGR is warranted for better understanding and management.
