Summary

Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging (3DUS) of the brachial artery assessed flow-mediated dilation (FMD) reproducibility. Transverse imaging and semi-automated vessel area measurement (TISA) offer the best balance of precision and reproducibility for FMD assessment.
