Electroencephalography (EEG) parameters like the Brain Symmetry Index (BSI) and delta-theta/alpha-beta ratio (DTABR) can predict long-term outcomes after ischemic stroke. These EEG measures show prognostic value for disability, dependency, and mortality six months post-stroke.
