A revisit to cockroach allergens.

Cockroach (CR) allergens, primarily from American CR (Periplaneta americana) in Thailand, trigger allergic rhinitis and asthma. High allergen levels in urban slum homes, especially during cool, dry seasons, correlate with infestation and increase allergy risks.
