Observation:

  • This report details a rare instance of bilateral perirenal lymphangiomatosis.
  • The condition also extended to the parapelvic regions, which are near the renal pelvis.

Findings:

  • Despite the extensive lymphangiomatosis, the patient's excretory collecting system remained functionally normal.
  • Imaging studies confirmed the bilateral nature and extent of the lymphatic malformation.
