Summary

This study investigated MUC16 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and their link to epithelial ovarian cancer risk and CA125 protein levels. The findings indicate no significant association between the studied MUC16 SNPs and ovarian cancer predisposition or CA125 levels.
