Summary

This study presents a surgical technique for glans reconstruction after partial penectomy, achieving good functional and cosmetic outcomes with an acceptable complication rate. The method showed no flap necrosis and a 10% tumor recurrence rate.

  • Glanuloplasty with a urethral flap was performed on 10 patients undergoing partial penectomy for squamous cell carcinoma.
  • Reconstruction of the neoglans was integrated into the primary surgical resection.

  • No instances of neomeatal stenosis or flap necrosis were observed.
  • The early tumor recurrence rate was 10%, and penile curvature occurred in 10% of patients.
  • Penile curvature was ventral and did not impede penetration.
