Summary

This study reports the first successful one-stage unifocalization and bidirectional Glenn procedure for a single ventricle with pulmonary atresia and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs). The novel technique reconstructed the pulmonary artery, yielding excellent long-term results.

  • Key findings included well-developed pulmonary arteries and normal superior vena cava pressure.
