Oral bioavailability of silymarin phytocomplex formulated as self-emulsifying pellets

New solid self-emulsifying pellets were developed for milk thistle extract (silymarin) delivery. This extrusion/spheronisation method significantly enhanced oral bioavailability by over 100 times, primarily through the lymphatic absorption route.
