Summary

Cancer antigen 125 (CA 125) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels are elevated in patients with aggressive diffuse large B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (DLBCL). Higher CA 125 and LDH levels correlate with decreased survival, indicating their prognostic value.
