Post-infarction ventricular septal defect: triggered by Valsalva manoeuvre?

Post-infarction ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a rare but deadly complication of heart attack. This case highlights successful early surgical repair of VSD following a Valsalva maneuver in a hemodynamically unstable patient.
