Abstract:
After the failure of root canal treatment, a 17-year-old female received apical surgery for her maxillary left lateral incisor, which was a dens in dente with a sinus and large periapical lesion. Three months after treatment, the fistula disappeared and the radiograph revealed a satisfactory wound healing.
