Metabolic normality in overweight and obese subjects. Which parameters? Which risks?

Metabolically normal obese individuals have a less favorable cardiometabolic profile. Increased body mass index (BMI) and fasting insulin are key factors contributing to this risk, even in those without metabolic syndrome.
