Anterior segment imaging for iris melanocytic tumors

Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) reliably detects iris melanocytic tumors in 96% of cases. While AS-OCT is excellent for iris tumors, ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) better identifies ciliary body extensions.
