Abstract:
Advances in statistical modeling and analysis technology have improved our ability to derive valid inferences from tumor xenograft experiments. Further challenges in this area include the modeling of intertumor heterogeneity and the development of robust statistical models that describe key parameters in the underlying tumor biology.
