Peripapillary choroidal thickness in glaucoma measured with optical coherence tomography

This study found no significant difference in choroidal thickness (CT) between patients with and without primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). CT measurements did not correlate with retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness, suggesting CT is not useful for glaucoma diagnosis.
