- Laparotomy confirmed a well-encapsulated solid mass (10 × 8cm) adherent to the omentum, with enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes.

- Histopathological analysis revealed a neoplasm composed of plump fibroblasts arranged in fascicles, infiltrating adjacent tissue, consistent with fibromatosis.
- The surgical excision was successful with adequate hemostasis and an uneventful postoperative recovery.
