Nasal administration of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein fused to reovirus protein σ1 (MOG-pσ1) effectively stimulates regulatory T cells (Treg). This approach shows potential for treating autoimmune diseases like experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).
