Comparing the Frequency Effect Between the Lexical Decision and Naming Tasks in Chinese

This study reveals that decision-making processes are distinct from memory storage, especially when managing multiple information streams. Frequency estimation and decision tasks showed similar performance when direct counting was hindered.
