Abstract:
Healthcare professionals often have to show creativity in order to ensure the continuity and quality of day-to-day treatments. They are required to accompany changes in patients' needs and expectations, and they also have to overcome many obstacles. Since the introduction of new forms of cooperation, a regulatory framework exists for this collaborative work between professionals, which helps to clarify fields of responsibility.
