Abstract:
The authors present 10 cases of anterior vertical insufficiency of maxillary origin. They analyse the principal clinical and radiological elements of this syndrome. They discuss possible therapy involving Lefort I lowering osteotomy with bone grafting and possible mandibular surgery.
