Abstract:
The author presents a personal contribution in favour of the orthograde treatment for periapical diseases which have endodontic origins. The obtained results in 136 treated cases justify the conservative approach also in those cases in which the apical pathology is characterized by "cystic" dimension and radiological aspect.
