Diabetes associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome.

Summary
Transient diabetes, a metabolic complication, can occur during Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). This study suggests insulin resistance is the primary cause of impaired glucose tolerance in GBS patients.

Background:
