Simultaneous bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy in children: no need to delay

Simultaneous bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy (SBPCNL) is a safe and effective treatment for pediatric kidney stones when patients are carefully selected. This procedure offers a viable alternative to staged treatments for bilateral renal calculi in children.
