Abstract:
This article reviews the state of art of scientific knowledge on oral infections microbiology, with the purpose of bringing a contribute to a better selection of chemotherapeutic agents. It is also presented a description of the main groups of antibiotics, antifungals and antivirals, as well as their indications, dosages and routes of administrations.
