Summary

Early allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) using FLAMSA-RIC conditioning offers improved survival for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with complex karyotypes, even with persistent disease. This approach may overcome the poor prognosis associated with this AML subtype.
