[Knot sutures in the treatment of hemorrhoids--a conservative and modern method]

The authors describe the surgical technique and results of knot sutures in 129 patients. The principle of this operation can be compared with sclerotization. It is a relatively sparing method which can be used also in ambulatory treatment. There were no serious complications, relapses were observed in three patients.
